The car features AMG Adaptive Sport Suspension with rear air springs and three driver-selectable modes. Stopping power is provided by red AMG-branded calipers over cross-drilled and slotted rotors.

The heated and ventilated multi-contour front seats and the rear bench are upholstered in black Nappa leather, while walnut wood trim accents the dashboard, center stack, and door panels. Additional features include front seat position memory, Keyless-Go, ambient lighting, a designo black Dinamica headliner, silver seatbelts, aluminum pedal covers, dual-zone automatic climate control, an electric rear sunshade, an IWC clock, a 14-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, and COMAND infotainment with navigation. The Driver Assistance Package added Distronic Plus adaptive cruise control, Active Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, and Cross-Traffic Assist.

The leather and Alcantara-wrapped AMG Performance steering wheel is equipped with paddle shifters and frames a 200-mph speedometer with an integrated digital display, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 40k miles, approximately 3,500 of which were added under current ownership. The instrument cluster was repaired in 2018 according to the Carfax report.

The twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8 was factory rated at 577 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque and sends power to all four wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission and a 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system with a limited-slip rear differential. An oil change was performed in September 2022.
